How it works
Your historical stitch files are mined into a measured style profile: densities, satin widths, underlay habits, trim discipline.
Customer artwork (PNG, JPG, vector, PDF) is vectorized and classified shape-by-shape: satin column, tatami fill, fine-detail run.
The engine generates a production .DST using your measured parameters — underlay, pull compensation, lock stitches included.
Your digitizer sees a sewn-preview in the browser, approves or fixes the hard 20%. Minutes, not most of an hour.
The difference between draft and final is captured as training signal. The next draft needs less fixing.
